Start with the right size

Search "brochure" in Canva and pick a tri-fold or bi-fold template, or create a custom size. A4 landscape works well for tri-folds.

Edit the template

• Swap in your logo and brand colours first so everything else follows.
• Replace photos with your own — keep one strong image per panel.
• Keep each panel to one idea and a short headline.

Check before you export

• Turn on rulers and margins to keep text away from folds.
• Proofread every panel out loud.
• Add a clear call to action with a website or QR code.
