How to Make a Brochure in Google Docs, Step by Step
Build a simple, printable brochure in Google Docs using columns, images and tables.
Set up the page
- File → Page setup → Landscape, margins 0.5 inch.
- Format → Columns → choose three for a tri-fold.
Add content
- Type your headline in the first column, then insert a column break (Insert → Break → Column break) to move to the next panel.
- Insert images with Insert → Image and set wrapping to "Wrap text".
- Use a one-row table for coloured banners.
Create the back side
Add a page break and repeat the layout. Remember the cover goes on the right-hand panel of page one when folded.
Export
File → Download → PDF document. Print double-sided, flipping on the short edge.
Share it the smart way with Zip Link
Once your PDF is ready, upload it to zip-link.com to turn it into a page-flipping book with its own link, QR code and embed code. You can see who opened it, how long they read and which pages held their attention — and capture leads before they reach the end.
